The Neo is a well built easy to understand vaporizer. The controls are straight forward and easy to operate. However, be prepared to practice different heat settings and draw strength until you get it to work good for you. It took me about 5 sessions to get it. Once you get it, it’s easy to replicate. I only vape now but I have a good collection of pipes & bong bowls that I can use again with the Neo.
I bought 2 extra silicone adapter with my Neo. One is included but I thought I may need more in the future. So far the included adapter is still working great. They're good to have to ensure a good seal with your pipe or bowl.

It's not a vaporizer it's a herbal extractor. Donr like to say that neither? Ok it's a heater. It's not a vaporizer because NO WEED goes inside the neo at all.
